Your device's settings

There is no separate accessibility widget on this site. The settings on your phone, tablet or computer reach every page directly, so you set them once and they work everywhere, not only here.

• Larger text: use your browser's zoom (the aA menu in Safari on iPhone, the zoom control or Ctrl/Cmd and + on a computer) or the text-size setting in Chrome on Android. Every size on this site scales with it.
• Higher contrast: turn on "Increase contrast" on iPhone or Mac, or a high-contrast theme on Android or Windows. The site switches to darker text, stronger lines and underlined links when your device asks for it.
• Less motion: turn on "Reduce motion" and animations across the site stop.

Built into the site itself

The site is designed against WCAG 2.1 level AA as the working target. No formal certification or third-party audit sits behind that claim, and we say so plainly; what does sit behind it is a set of deliberate choices:

• A device set to reduced motion gets a still site automatically.
• Text colours are picked to read clearly against their backgrounds.
• One layout that reflows from a phone to a wide desktop without stranding or clipping content along the way.
• Photographs that carry meaning carry alt text too; purely decorative graphics are flagged as such and stay silent.
• Real heading structure, page landmarks and a skip-to-content link, so a screen reader or a keyboard walks each page in a sensible order.
• The Two-Truck Test announces its result to assistive technology, states its figures as text, and the page still explains the sizing arithmetic with JavaScript switched off.
• The quote form works without JavaScript and every field carries a real label.
