Guidance, not a quote
The Two-Truck Test, the guides and every cubic-metre figure on this site are general guidance drawn from typical loads. They estimate; they do not bind. Your actual crew, rate tier and hours are confirmed in a written quote after we understand your specific move, and only that written quote forms an agreement.
Rates
The three crew rates shown across this site are the current hourly figures for those crew configurations. How many hours a move takes turns on load, access and distance, which is exactly what the quoting conversation settles before you commit to anything.
The pictures
A number of images on this site are illustrative (stock or generated); none of those should be read as a photograph of one particular past job. They show the style of the work honestly without documenting a specific move.
The guides
Guide content is offered in good faith for planning a household move. It is not legal, financial or safety advice; where a guide points to an authority (a council's clean-up rules, published school term dates), check the current source before relying on a date or rule, because authorities change their details from time to time.
This website
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it is error-free at every moment. Links to external sites are provided for reference; we do not control their content. Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by anything on this page.
